KTM has been working on the updated version of the RC 390 for some time now and there have been sightings of the prototype a few times in the past. Now, however, the 2021 RC 390 has been spied without any camouflage giving us some of the key details of the upcoming bike. The spy pictures reveal a complete makeover in the design of the new RC 390, you get a totally revamped front with new fairing and LED headlamp, LED DRLs and indicators which are integrated into the fairing.
The new KTM RC 390 is likely to have revised riding ergonomics. The rider’s triangle has been altered to provide a much more relaxed riding position which should prove beneficial for long-distance touring whilst not being a 100% track-focused motorcycle like the current model. KTM has reworked the main as well as the subframe of the 2021 RC 390. The rear styling of the motorcycle has also been revised and now sports a new horizontal taillight.
The 2021 KTM RC 390 will continue to draw power from the same 373cc single-cylinder mill which will now comply with the stricter Euro 5 emission standards. The new bike will make similar power and torque output figures - 44 bhp and 35 Nm. The cycle parts of the new RC 390 should remain more or less unchanged, however, KTM has used a new rotor for the front brake.[gallery size="full" ids="19923,19925"](Image:
